Sport is a powerful tool of development and therefore WAY utilizes sport as empowering tool for the youth by educating them about life skills the importance of education and how to be supportive member of a society. We focus on building sustainable solution through different projects such as farming, entrepreneurship, self-help groups, sports tournaments, health education, and much more. We are deeply rooted in the belief that education and humanity are the most useful tools for enhancing an individual’s capacity. Therefore we, as voluntary employees gladly work hard on projects that can make changes in the communities.
